The DPT application cycle each year is July 1 through October 1. Applications for summer 2021 entry will be accepted beginning July 1, 2020. All applications to the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at University of Evansville must be made through the Physical Therapy Centralized Application Service (PTCAS). University of Evansville does not require a supplemental application.
